By focusing on the breath.
My gift to you this Christmas is the 5/7 Breath………..
Breathe in for the slow count of 5.
Hold the breath for 3.
Breathe out for slow count of 7.
Hold the empty for 3.
Repeat throughout the 12 days of Christmas.
The counting gives you Peace from your thoughts and the deep breathing Relaxes your body.
