We can only breathe in the present, not the past or the future.

Most of our worries occur when our minds drift into the past, or projects into thoughts about the future. So this week, try and stay in the present moment as much as possible, using your breath as an anchor to the here and now. We can only breathe in the present, we cannot breathe in the past or future. So, by consciously breathing, we can maintain present moment awareness.
