Weekends are for fun, freedom and MWE which essentially means ME and WE… time for ourselves and others to enjoy life and just being rather than doing doing doing all the time.
Sometimes we invest too much time and effort into work… If we understand the difference between needs, desires, and luxuries then we can work to fulfill our needs and save some time and energy for life outside work to get the work/life balance right.
Cultivate Gratitude this weekend. Begin to notice at least 3 small things each day that bring you pleasure. Write them down each day going forward.
