Cultivate Gratitude this weekend. Begin to notice at least 3 small things each day that bring you pleasure. Write them down each day going forward. Over time, this small exercise will help us become more “glass half full” people rather than “glass half empty” individuals. Plus, on our bad days we can look back on our Gratitude list and be reminded of what works for us… a nice cup of tea or aromatic coffee, a blue sky, a smiling face, a flower, a kind word, the list is endless.
